PAYMENT POLICY
Full payment for all orders must be received prior to being posted out.
All orders taken through our online payment page are secure. The page has a security certificate and your details are safe. All payments are then processed through a merchant facility held by the Westpac Banking Corporation. Your credit card receipt will be posted out together with your Tax Invoice and your credit card details will not be sent through the mail.
If you are not comfortable paying by Credit Card in this manner, other forms of payment are accepted.
Paypal payments can be made. We require your email address to request money from you. A fee of $2.00 will be incurred as a result of this method of payment.
Please contact us with your enquiry if you would like to pay by paypal or seek an alternative option.
Online Jewellery Parties & Fundraisers
All payments will be processed for a period of 48 hours from the date of the order.
Any orders which have not completed the payment process and are part of the group postage will not be sent out with the group's order. You will be notified of the issue and given 48 hours to resolve the payment issue. If the payment issue is not resolved, the group's order will be sent out without your order. Your order will then be held for one week to allow processing. A further charge of $5.00 will be charged to allow the order to be posted direct to you. If the order is not processed within this time frame, the order will be cancelled and the Party Host notified directly.
Payments made using a method other than the online credit card payment system can cause delays, particularly in relation to group orders. On-line credit card payments are the quickest and easiest way to ensure your order is processed and sent out with the group order to avoid delays and additional postal charges.
