I'VE BEEN INVITED TO A PARTY, AND I NEED HELP!


This page is designed to help answer some of the most frequently asked questions when you've received an Invitation to an Online Jewellery Party and you are not sure what to do. We hope it helps to clarify things for you..If not, help is always available.


If you haven't already, you will receive an invitation from the Party Host by either an email attachment, a website link, a printed flyer or maybe a phone call. It’s really easy... Just follow the instructions on the invitation to “Join Online Party”. Follow these simple steps....

Step 1 - Click on the Link to Join the Party.
Step 2 - Go to Login on the Top Left of Screen
Step 3 - Type in your Special Keyword
Step 4 - Start Shopping!


What is the Keyword for?


The keyword is what you need to access the Online Party so you can receive the party discount or allow your order to be included as part of a fundraiser. Your Party Host can then monitor all the orders which are part of her party.


Where is the "Login"?


There are two options to go to the Login.

LOGIN The main link is located on the top left hand side of the screen. Click on the link and it will take you to the Login screen. Type in your special keyword and you are ready to go shopping!

The second option is available on the Parties page.


I am Logged in, what do I do now?


Now you can go Shopping! Instructions will be given to you on your Welcome Page when you Login. . Search the catalogue and take advantage of the search and tip ideas. Once you make your selection, the items will appear in “Your Cart” on the menu bar. If you close down your browser and you have completed your order, you will lose it. If you logout and then login again (without closing your browser) your order will be saved. Follow the prompts to “Place your Order”.

I am Logged in, what will the screen show me?


Online Party

The screen will show you the retail price and the discounted price as a guest at the party. If the item is on sale and the sale price is less than the discounted price, you will purchase at the lower cost.

Online Fundraiser

The screen will show you what percentage of your purchase is going towards your cause.


I made a mistake on my order, how do I fix it?


If you haven’t placed the order, you can simply “click” on the item and remove it from the cart. If you’ve already placed the order, you will need to contact the party hostess within 48 hours to cancel your order and then start again. Alternatively, send us the details of your order and your Party Host name, but please email us within 48 hours otherwise your order will be processed and a refund will need to be organised. We can cancel the order for you, but please let the Party Host aware that you have done this. Don’t worry it's no problem! Contact us.


How do I pay for my order?


It's simple, safe and easy. You can pay through our secure online payment page. Other options are available. Payment Policy.


When is my order processed?


Orders will not be processed until a minimum of 48 hours from the time of ordering. Unless alternative payment arrangements have been made.


What do I do when the party has reached the closing date?


If the minimum sales for the party are met, then the party will be closed two weeks from the date it was activated. The closing date will be given to you on your Invitation. Your order will be processed within 7-10 days from this date.

If you select to have it posted as part of the group, you need to organise with the Party Host to collect your order once it has arrived. If you opted to have it sent directly to you, it will be sent by registered post. Postage & Shipping


What happens if the party orders don't meet the minimum sales amount for the party?


If the party doesn’t meet the minimum sales quota, you’ll receive an email from the Party Host advising you. Additional orders will need to be placed in order to meet the minimum requirements and ensure the 20% discount for all Party Orders. No additional postage and handling will be paid if it is a second order placed by the same person (all details the same) within a Party or Fundraiser.

The party will be held open for an extra two days to allow extra orders to be made. If you wish to make another order, just make it through the shopping cart. You’ll only be charged the one postage and handling charge if the all the payment details are the same. At the end of the two days, the party will be closed by us.

If the party still doesn't reach the minimum sales figure, then NO DISCOUNT will be applied to any of the orders.

All party guests who placed orders will be emailed to the email address they provided advising them that the discount is no longer applicable as the Party didn't reach the minimum sales amount. You will be given the choice to proceed with your order or to cancel it. You have two days to respond and cancel the order or the order will be processed at full price. If the order is processed at full price, then a note will be sent with your order with an explanation.


I've got a gift Voucher can I use it during the Party?


Sorry, no you can’t. Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed on full priced retail purchases. Read more..


How long do I have to wait to get my order?


We will post the group order to the Party Host within 7-10 days of the party closing date (generally 2-3). Please contact the Party Host to organise collection. JQ Jewellery cannot be held responsible for the delivery time once it has left our office.

All individual orders will be sent at the conclusion of the online party.

JQ Jewellery has a 30 Day Return policy , so please ensure you have organised to collect your order from the Party Host just in case you wish to return something.

If you have opted to have your order sent directly to you, it will be sent out within 7-10 days (generally 2-3 days) by registered post Postage & Shipping


I want to receive my order before the party finishes?


Online Party

Unfortunately, the only way is to place your order through the normal retail process (without logging into the party). Normal retail prices will apply and no party or postage discounts can be given through this process.

Can I invite one of my own friends to the Party?


Online Jewellery Party

Please contact the Party Host to ask permission for your friend to join your party. When permission is given, forward the invitation or information and don’t forget the keyword! It may be a good idea to get your friend to have her own party. Give her our website address or email us and we can contact her and assist her to get started.

Online Jewellery Fundraiser

Anyone can join a Jewellery Fundraiser. If the fundraiser is for a cause you are involved with, email all your family, friends and colleagues and try to assist them so they can participate in your fundraiser. The bigger the effort, the bigger the donation!

Just give them the keyword and advise them about the details for collection. You can organise to collect their order from the Party Host, or ask your friend to organise an individual delivery via registered post (additional charge $5.00 over and above party postage discount of $5.00 per person). Please notify your Party Host so they are kept informed.


I don't really like what I've ordered - what do I do?

How long is the warranty for?
