POSTAGE & SHIPPING
General Information
Payment must be made for all orders prior to being shipped. All orders will be sent via Registered Post through Australia Post or by courier to ensure their safe delivery. The method of delivery will be dependent on the weight and location of the order. If you have a specific preference for method of shipping, please contact us.
Within Australia
Retail & Wholesale Purchases Only - Orders will be shipped within 7-10 days (generally 2-3 days). Orders will not be processed for a minimum of 48 hours from date order is placed.
Orders which are part of an Online Jewellery Party or Fundraiser will be shipped within 7-10 days (generally 2-3 days) after the completion of the Online Party.
Overseas
Purchases made from outside Australia either as a retail purchase or as part of an Online Jewellery Party or Fundraiser based in Australia can be sent overseas but will be required to be posted separately and additional charges will be incurred. All orders and postage will be charged in AUD.
For all overseas orders shipping will be calculated when the order has been finalised to estimate the cost, which will be dependent on the weight and location. An email will be sent advising of additional charges and will not proceed without your approval.
Approval to process additional postage for overseas orders must be completed within 7 days of an email being sent or prior to the conclusion of an on-line Jewellery Party or Fundraiser.
Express Post
Express Post can be organised for retail purchases only. Contact Jacquie and she will always try to assist you where possible to ensure you would receive your order on time. The Express Post Service offered by Australia Post is great, however it has time restrictions to ensure delivery. Additional costs will apply and you will be advised dependent on the weight of the order and the location for postage.
Collection of Orders
Personal collection of orders is not available at this time.
Online Jewellery Parties & Fundraisers
A cheaper option for posting is offered as part of the group booking through the Online Parties and Fundraisers. All party guests will be charged $5.00 postage and handling, which includes the cost of your packaging. There is an optional charge of an additional $5.00 which will allow the parcel to be posted directly. This is great for any of your friends who don't live nearby and would like to join in your party.
Please note that although we can offer this service, no individual orders will be posted until the completion of the party or fundraiser.
Any additional orders placed through the same Online Party or fundraiser will not be subject to additional postage charges. This will not appear in the shopping cart, but will be deducted when the orders are processed. All details provided must be the same, including method of payment. The orders will then be grouped together and processed as one payment with one postage charge.
Want to receive the order before the party finishes?
If you wish to receive an order before the completion of the party or fundraiser, please place it through the normal retail process (without logging into the party). Normal retail prices will apply and no party discounts can be given through this process.
