GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift Vouchers are available for purchase. Just select the amount you want... and Add to your Cart. Gift Vouchers cannot be purchased as part of a wholesale order. If purchased as part of an Online Jewellery Party or Fundraiser, then relevant discounts and donation amounts will apply... So this is a great saving if you wish to buy a gift for someone!
Purchase Gift Voucher
Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed on full priced retail purchases
(excluding Online Parties, Fundraisers or wholesale orders).
Gift Vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue and cannot be redeemed for cash.
In the event that the purchase is not to the full value of the Gift Voucher, then the remaining balance will be forfeited.
Gift Vouchers cannot be used to pay for Postage & Shipping.
Party Host Reward - Online Party - Discount
The Party Host will receive a Gift Voucher to the value of 10% of Total Sales (excluding postage) for hosting the party. It will be emailed to the hostess approx. one month after the party orders have been posted. This voucher will be sent once the 30 Day Return Policy has lapsed and final sales have been calculated.
If the Party does not meet it's minimum sales requirement to quality for the Party Discount, the Party Host will still be sent a Gift Voucher for 10% of Sales. Sales must be a minimum of $50 to quality for this Gift Voucher.
Party Host Reward - Online Party - Fundraiser
The Party Host will receive a Gift Voucher in the amount of $25. Sales must be a minimum of $50 to quality for this Gift Voucher.
The Gift Voucher for organising an Online Fundraiser will be sent to the Party Host with notification of the Funds Raised. This will occur approximately one month from the date the order was posted to allow for returned items.
Refund Gift Voucher
Refund Gift Vouchers are issued as a total Refund and are not given in addition to a refund.
In the event that you are not happy with your jewellery, JQ Jewellery can issue a gift voucher in place of a refund. JQ Jewellery would be happy to send a Gift Voucher to the value of the goods purchased plus an additional $5 for the inconvenience. The Gift Voucher will not include an amount for postage.
In the event that the jewellery is found to be faulty, JQ Jewellery would be happy to send a Gift Voucher as a refund to the value of the goods purchased, return postage plus an further $10 value for the inconvenience. The original postage charges will not be refunded. This Gift Voucher will be a a refund and not in addition to a refund.
